What does Grade A condition mean for refurbished laptops?
Grade A means the device is in excellent cosmetic condition with minimal to no signs of use. All components are fully functional, the battery holds a good charge, and the screen is free from major scratches or marks. Grade A devices are ideal for business or educational use and come with a clean install of Windows.
What does Grade B condition mean?
Grade B devices are in good working condition but may show light cosmetic wear such as minor scratches or scuffs on the chassis. All hardware components are fully tested and functional. Grade B is a great value option for users who prioritise performance over cosmetics.
